Magnified with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, only 10% of the AlmaVerde area is designated for building, providing the rest for gardens, parks, sports and play zones.
While the village is conveniently located next to the EN125 road, most residential plots are set well back on elevated grounds, allowing the village residents and guests to enjoy peace and quite among mature oak, pine trees and other local flora.
AlmaVerde Village and Spa Reception is located at the village entrance, shortly after the Burgau traffic lights and will accommodate a mini-market as well as management offices. While providing welcoming services to the guests, AlmaVerde Reception also serves as a mail and news collecting point for village residents.
The main amenities of the spa and racquets club are located in seven hectares of parkland, adjacent to the EN125 but also accessible from the main reception area on foot. As the amenities are grouped near the village entrance, the residents will not be disturbed by deliveries and other non-residential traffic.
